Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. This isn't enough, we all have different needs and many of us have developed food intolerances. I specialize in gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and other special dietary needs. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and discover the foods that work for their body.
